VALA is excited to be producing the 2013 Redmond Town Center Arts Festival in partnership with Redmond Town Center again this year and we are inspired by this years amazing selection of artists. VALA’s role as artist’s advocate is integral to the success of the festival for the artists. Our mission of connecting artists to artists, artists to the community, and the community to art inspires VALA’s desire to honor the talents and hard work of the artists during the festival.
In addition to the work of creative organizing, VALA holds events to celebrate the artists and Redmond’s art community. The VALA Art Center will house a Juried Artist Installation highlighting a selection of festival artist’s work which will be open to the public July 11 – August 1. Awards will be given to select artists from the installation, to be juried by Marge Levy.
